Olive oil biscuits

Ingredients

  • Vendema Exclusive
  • 3 cups of Vendema olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of soda
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 0,5 cup of cognac
  • sesame seeds
  • approximately 700 g of flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sugar and oil and mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the juice, soda, cognac, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon, mix and pour into the bowl with the sugar and oil.
  3. Add the flour to the mixture and shape the dough into cookies.
  4. Spread a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  5. Pour sesame seeds into the cookies and bake them at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, observing them at regular intervals.
