Ingredients

  • Vendema Exclusive
  • 180 g Vendema olive oil
  • 30 g of fresh orange juice
  • 60 g sugar
  • 120 g dry white wine
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 600 g of flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mixer, combine the oil, juice and wine.
  2. Add the icing sugar and then add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Form a soft dough and roll it into a thin sheet 3-4 mm thick.
  4. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out discs.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
