Garlic sauce

  • Vendema Exclusive
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of Vendema extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add and blend the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Blend the ingredients on medium speed until the garlic is clean and the texture is smooth.
  3. Begin to gradually incorporate the extra virgin olive oil into the blender while the machine is running. Be patient and add very slowly to keep the emulsion consistent.
  4. Once the oil is fully combined, the mixture should be light and fluffy and resemble mayonnaise or aioli.
  5. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
